Stan Developer Revenue Share Addendum

Effective Date:

Document ID: STAN-LEGAL-RSA-2026-V1 Version: 1.0.0 (Commercial Grade) Effective Date: January 23, 2026

1. Purpose and Incorporation

This Developer Revenue Share Addendum (the "Addendum") is incorporated by reference into the Stan Global Terms of Service. This document establishes the financial framework, calculation methodologies, and payment protocols for Developers (the "Architects") who publish content on the Stan Games Portal (games.stanlink.online).

By publishing a game via the Stan Agent, the Developer expressly agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Addendum.

2. Eligibility for Revenue Participation

To be eligible for the Revenue Share Program, a Developer must:

  • Maintain an active Stan Account in good standing.
  • Have successfully published at least one (1) executable game build to the Stan Games Portal.
  • Comply with all content standards, including those regarding the Kids Zone and intellectual property rights.
  • Provide valid tax documentation (as specified in Section 7) once the payout threshold is reached.

3. Revenue Sources and Ad-Injection

3.1. Primary Revenue Stream

The primary source of revenue for the Platform is derived from third-party advertising integrations, primarily managed via the Adsterra network. These advertisements are automatically injected into game builds by the Stan Agent during the compilation process.

3.2. Ad Formats

Monetization may include, but is not limited to:

  • Social Bars: Non-intrusive notification-style advertisements.
  • Interstitials: Full-screen advertisements appearing during natural breaks in gameplay (e.g., between levels).
  • Banners: Static or animated display units within the game UI.
  • Rewarded Video: Opt-in advertisements that provide the player with in-game benefits.

4. Calculation Methodology

4.1. Gross Revenue

"Gross Revenue" refers to the total funds actually received by StaNLink from third-party advertising partners specifically attributed to the impressions and clicks generated by the Developer's published content.

4.2. Platform Operational Costs

Before the revenue split is calculated, the Company deducts "Direct Operational Costs," which include:

  • Hosting and Bandwidth: Costs associated with the R2 Asset Warehouse and CDN delivery.
  • Processing Fees: Transaction fees incurred via payment gateways.
  • Build Pipeline Costs: Infrastructure expenses related to GitHub Actions and engine-specific compilation.

4.3. The Revenue Split

The "Net Revenue" (Gross Revenue minus Operational Costs) is shared according to the following tier-based structure:

  • Standard Tier: 70% to the Developer / 30% to the Platform.
  • Pro Tier (Subscribers): 85% to the Developer / 15% to the Platform.
  • Enterprise Tier: Custom negotiated rates for high-volume studios (contact finance@stanl.ink for details).

5. Reporting and Analytics

5.1. Dashboard Access

The Company provides a real-time (or near real-time) analytics dashboard within the Developer Portal. This dashboard tracks:

  • Daily Active Users (DAU).
  • Total Impressions and Click-Through Rate (CTR).
  • Estimated Accrued Earnings.

5.2. Finality of Data

While the dashboard provides estimates, final monthly earnings are determined by the reconciled reports provided by our advertising partners (Adsterra). In the event of a discrepancy between the dashboard and the final partner report, the partner report shall be the governing data source.

6. Payment Terms and Protocols

6.1. Payout Threshold

Payments are only issued when the Developer’s accrued balance reaches or exceeds $50.00 USD. Balances below this threshold will roll over to the following month.

6.2. Payment Schedule (Net-30)

Payments are issued on a Net-30 basis. Earnings accrued during a calendar month will be processed and paid within thirty (30) days following the end of that month.

6.3. Payment Methods

The Company supports payouts via:

  • PayPal.
  • Direct Wire Transfer (subject to bank fees and minimum payout amounts for certain regions).
  • Cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC) where legally permissible and supported by our payment processors.

7. Tax Compliance

7.1. Responsibility

The Developer is solely responsible for any and all taxes, duties, or levies imposed by their local jurisdiction on the earnings received through the Platform.

7.2. Documentation

StaNLink requires all Developers to submit appropriate tax forms before any payout exceeding $600 USD (for US-based developers) or $0.01 (for international developers) is processed. This may include:

  • IRS Form W-9: For United States residents.
  • IRS Form W-8BEN: For non-US residents.

8. Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

8.1. Invalid Traffic (IVT)

The Developer shall not engage in, or encourage others to engage in, "Invalid Traffic" generation. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to simulate game plays or ad impressions.
  • "Click-farms" or incentivized click schemes.
  • Self-clicking on advertisements within their own published games.
  • Manipulation of device IDs or IP addresses to bypass detection.

8.2. Penalties for Fraud

If the Company’s internal security system or our advertising partners detect Invalid Traffic:

  • The Developer’s earnings for that period will be immediately voided.
  • The Developer may be charged a "Reconciliation Fee" to cover the cost of the investigation.
  • Persistent violations will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all accrued balances.

9. Audit Rights

For a period of twelve (12) months following any payout, the Company reserves the right to audit the traffic patterns of the Developer's content. If an audit reveals that payments were made based on fraudulent data, the Developer agrees to return said funds to the Company within thirty (30) days of written notice.

10. Term and Termination

10.1. Voluntary Withdrawal

The Developer may withdraw their games from the Portal at any time. Any accrued revenue above the threshold will be paid out in the next billing cycle.

10.2. Termination for Cause

If the Developer’s account is terminated for a violation of the Terms of Service or this Addendum, the Company reserves the right to retain all accrued revenue to offset the costs of legal compliance and platform damages.

Formal Execution

By utilizing the Stan Agent and publishing content to the StaNLink Games Portal, you formally execute this Addendum. You acknowledge that monetization is a privilege contingent upon your strict adherence to these professional and ethical standards.
