Document ID: STAN-LEGAL-TOS-2026-V3 Version: 3.0.0 (Enterprise Standard)
1. Acceptance of Terms
This Global Terms of Service and Developer Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between StaNLink (the "Company") and you (the "User" or "Developer").
By accessing or utilizing the Stan Agent, the Stan Games Portal (games.stanlink.online), the Stan Kids Zone (kids.games.stanlink.online), or any associated application programming interfaces (APIs), IDE plugins, and subdomains (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms.
Warning: Failure to comply with these terms will result in the immediate termination of your service access and forfeiture of accrued ecosystem credits.
2. Definitions
- Stan Agent: The proprietary artificial intelligence and automated compilation system designed to translate natural language inputs into executable software code for various game engines.
- Vibe Coding: The Company’s proprietary development methodology involving natural language processing (NLP) to generate game architecture, logic, and aesthetic direction.
- The Native Trinity: The three primary game engines supported by the Platform's build pipelines: Unity, Godot, and Unreal Engine.
- Universal Project Manifest (UPM): The proprietary JSON/YAML-structured metadata format used to store game logic, scene hierarchy, and asset references independently of specific game engines.
- R2 Warehouse: The distributed, cloud-based asset storage system utilized for the hosting of binary game data and user assets.
3. Scope of Services
3.1. Development Services
The Company provides a fully automated, cloud-native environment for game development. The Stan Agent acts as an intelligent intermediary, utilizing automated build pipelines (via GitHub Actions and dedicated build containers) to generate, compile, and package software based on User-provided prompts.
3.2. Platform Distribution
The Company provides global hosting services via the Stan Games Portal. By utilizing this service, the User grants the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, distribute, cache, and display the generated content for the duration of the User's account activity.
4. Financial Terms & Trial Protocols
4.1. The 24-Hour Trial Period
Users who activate the $0.99 Trial are granted limited-time administrative access to the Stan Agent for a duration of twenty-four (24) consecutive hours following the successful processing of the transaction.
- Service Suspension: Access to the development dashboard will be automatically suspended at the conclusion of the 24-hour window unless a standard subscription is active.
- Published Content: Games published during the trial period will remain active on the Platform at the Company's discretion, subject to the monetization terms outlined in Section 5.
4.2. Credit System and Refund Policy
The Platform utilizes a compute-credit system for the execution of build pipelines.
- Consumption: Credits consumed during a successful or initiated build process (including "Build Failed" statuses caused by User logic errors) are non-refundable.
- Hardware Allocation: Credits map directly to GPU/CPU time on our build clusters.
5. Monetization & Revenue Sharing
5.1. Automated Ad-Injection
By publishing content to the Stan Games Portal, the User acknowledges that the Company will automatically integrate advertising units (including but not limited to Adsterra social bars, interstitials, and banners) into the game build. This integration is mandatory for all trial and free-tier distributions.
5.2. Revenue Allocation
The User is eligible to earn a portion of the revenue generated by their published content based on player engagement metrics.
- Metrics: Revenue is calculated based on Impressions (CPM), Session Duration, and Retention.
- Calculation: Revenue shares are calculated using the Company's proprietary analytics engine.
- Payouts: Payouts are issued on a monthly basis, provided the User's balance meets or exceeds the minimum threshold of $50.00 USD.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1. User Content
The User retains ownership of:
- The specific Creative Prompts and "Vibe" instructions.
- The unique conceptual vision and narrative elements.
- Original assets uploaded by the User.
6.2. Proprietary Technology
The Company retains exclusive ownership of:
- The Stan Agent model and weights.
- The underlying algorithms and source code of the dashboard.
- The structure and schema of the Universal Project Manifest (UPM).
- All proprietary "glue code" generated to facilitate engine-specific compilation.
The User is granted a limited, non-transferable license to utilize these tools for the creation and distribution of games within the Stan ecosystem.
7. Asset Management & Compliance
Users utilizing the R2 Warehouse for asset storage represent and warrant that they possess all necessary legal rights and licenses for said assets.
- Zero Tolerance: The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy for copyright infringement.
- Consequences: Use of unlicensed, pirated, or "ripped" assets will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all accrued revenue.
8. Content Standards for The Kids Zone
Content published to the Kids Zone (kids.games.stanlink.online) must adhere to strict safety protocols:
- Safety: Full compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) is mandatory.
- Maturity: No graphic violence, suggestive themes, profanity, or horror elements.
- Moderation: The Company reserves the right to unilaterally remove or reclassify any content that does not meet the safety requirements for a minor audience.
9. Prohibited Uses
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Botting: Engaging in any automated activity to artificially inflate player counts, ad impressions, or engagement metrics.
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code or model weights of the Stan Agent.
- Malware Distribution: Utilizing the Platform to distribute viruses, crypto-miners, or malicious scripts.
- Scraping: Accessing the Platform via unauthorized automated means.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
The Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:
- The continuous availability of the Platform.
- The compatibility or performance of third-party engines (Unity, Godot, Unreal Engine).
- The financial success of any published title.
Limitation of Liability: The Company is not liable for any financial loss, data loss, corruption of project files, or hardware damage resulting from the use of the Platform or its generated builds.
11. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of this Agreement or for conduct deemed detrimental to the Platform’s integrity, reputation, or community.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StaNLink is legally incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
